KCMH, in partnership with Kiowa County Health Department, facilitates an evaluation of the health needs of our community by doing a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The ultimate goal of a community health assessment is to develop strategies to address the community’s health needs and identified issues. A variety of tools and processes may be used to conduct a community health assessment; the essential ingredients are community engagement and collaborative participation. These assessments are done every three years. Click the following links for the findings and responses to CHNAs done for Kiowa County.
